Breakfast and dinner at Matsudaya Hotel are served in the guestroom for guests staying in the Main Building and in either the restaurant Kaikatsuro or dining hall Kinki for guests staying in the New Building. Group meals can also be served in the banquet hall depending on the number of guests.

Uirō is a traditional Japanese sweet. Yamaguchi’s version is especially delicate, made from bracken starch and fine sugar.
Its soft, chewy texture and subtle sweetness melt in your mouth. Flavors like matcha, yuzu, and sweet bean add to its charm.
